We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our brand, drive demand, and support sales — all while building marketing from the ground up.

• Own the Brand: Create sales-driven marketing assets — from brochures and case studies to explainer videos.
• Drive Demand: Launch campaigns that get attention and leads. Reach decision-makers creatively across channels.
• Manage Digital Presence: Keep our websites sharp, on-brand, and optimized to convert.
• Standardize Materials: Build templates and ensure all content looks professional and consistent.
• Support Sales: Work closely with Sales to create tools that close deals — pitch decks, battle cards, and more.
• Measure & Optimize: Track what works, cut what doesn’t, and focus on results.

• Have 5+ years in marketing (preferably tech/IT).
• Balance strategy and execution effortlessly.
• Know digital marketing and CMS tools (WordPress, etc.).
• Have an eye for design (Canva/Adobe is a plus).
• Communicate with clarity, confidence, and creativity.
• Work fast, own your projects, and care about impact.
