• 機械設計 Mechanical Design（CADによる設計・評価）

• 実験・認証 Testing & Certification（車両、ドローン等の評価実験）

2.技術職（IT） Technical Roles – IT Domain

• システム開発 System Development

初任給 | Starting Salary

• 博士課程修了 Doctorate: ¥274,000
• 修士課程修了 Master’s: ¥261,000
• 四大卒・専攻科卒・専門(4年)卒 Bachelor’s: ¥250,000
• 専門(3年)卒 Vocational (3 years): ¥247,000
• 短大・本科卒・専門(2年)卒 Junior College / Vocational (2 years): ¥243,000

勤務条件 | Work Conditions

• 勤務時間：9:00～18:00（休憩60分）／フレックスタイム制度あり
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (60-min break) / Flex-time available
• 勤務地：関東・東海・関西・九州エリア（転勤の可能性あり）
• Work Locations: Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Kyushu (transfer possible)
• 雇用形態：正社員（無期雇用）Permanent Employee
• 試用期間：3ヶ月（給与変更なし）Probation: 3 months (no salary change)

2.ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（JLPT N3以上）をお持ちの方

社内では日本語が共通言語として使用されます。

Business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) is required.

Japanese is the primary language used within the company.
