Develop and prepare detailed drawings and specifications based on project requirements.
Collaborate with the project team to understand design intent and project scope.
Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.

Proven experience as a draftsman, preferably in construction, architecture, and engineering.
Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and work from sketches, specifications, and other project documentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Graduated with a degree in BS Architecture or it’s equivalent.
