Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in feed formulation and animal nutrition, preferably in a pig feed operation.
Strong understanding of swine nutrition, feed additives, and ingredient quality assessment.
Experience with feed formulation software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with farm managers, feed mill personnel, and suppliers.
Knowledge of industry regulations and feed safety standards.
