الوصف

  • Managing staff, Organizing workflows, Implementing operational policies and procedures, Problem-solving
  • Performance evaluation, Process optimization, Training and supervising employees, Reducing operational costs, Monitoring compliance with operational policies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties
  • Preparing work schedules, assigning workers to shifts, and designating overtime if necessary.
  • Ensuring that safety guidelines are followed at all times by workers.
  • Supervising subordinates to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
  • Managing a team of workers who perform tasks such as picking up supplies, loading and unloading trucks, or performing maintenance on machinery.


المتطلبات

  • The candidate must be a college/university graduate.
  • Applicants should be between 20-29 years old.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience is required.
  • 2-3 years of related industry experience is preferred.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
