• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing operational procedures and develop strategies to streamline them.
• Implement new tools, technologies, or systems to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven decision-making to improve performance.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and identify areas for cost savings.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal workflow.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Mitigate operational risks and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate reports and updates for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Track key metrics, analyze trends, and suggest actionable improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role.
