• We are looking for Account Officer is responsible for managing and developing key client accounts for SMS Global Medical Solutions. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing existing contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction across various IT hardware, software, and healthcare technology solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow key accounts by identifying client needs and presenting appropriate solutions
• Drive sales opportunities in IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and clinical applications (e.g., HIS, RIS, Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, RTLS)
• Conduct pricing analysis and ensure profitability across assigned accounts
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor and follow up on billing and collections to ensure timely payment and account accuracy
• Provide proactive customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with end-users and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions and services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND):

• At least 6 years working experience, with at least 3 years in Accounts Management for institutional products and services
• Preference for Accounts Management experience with medical solutions products and services
• College degree - with preference for clinical discipline specialty (Nursing, Radiology or Medical Tech, etc.)

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS:

• Proficiency in the use of Project Management and/or CRM apps and tools - Excel or specific-purpose PM apps and software
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office productivity tools (Word; Excel; Powerpoint; etc.)
