  • An "order processor" is a professional responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed, from initial receipt to delivery. 
  • They work with various systems and departments to manage orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Organizational Skills: Order processors need to be able to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks efficiently. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and other departments.
