المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or as a Process Engineer.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Agile, Project Management, DMAIC) 
  • Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools like Visio
  • Experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business process management. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge/Experience in change management principles and methodologies. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
