Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Perform various stages of product assembly and machine operation for manufacturing.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to standards.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and targets.
Report any equipment or production issues to the supervisor promptly.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree from a recognized institution. At least College Level/Graduate
Experience Level: Open to individuals with less than 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Skills and Competencies:Strong work ethic and dedication to high-quality output.
Basic project management and leadership skills.
Ability to plan effectively and efficiently.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Knowledge in forecasting and process improvement.
Understanding of quality standards relevant to the production line.

Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in managing production projects from conception to completion.
Participate in planning and executing production schedules.
Contribute to team efforts in meeting production targets.
Work towards enhancing process efficiency and product quality.
Engage in continuous learning activities related to market trends.
Working Conditions: The role may involve shift work and may require physical activity within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

With at least 1 year experience as a Production Manufacturing Line Leader / with Supervisory.
