• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs ensuring properties are well-maintained.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee leasing agreements.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or bachelor's degree in architecture.

 • Board Passer / Licensed.

Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management with start - up property experience is required. 

• Experience managing various types of properties (residential, commercial, industrial).

• Understand Construction Management and Project Management is advantage.

• Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; proficiency in property management software.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance.
• Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional property site visits; may require flexible hours.
