المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Property Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in property management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency with power and hand tools, equipment handling, and maintenance, along with sales and inventory management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property operations, maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and leasing.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require on-site presence and occasional after-hours work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
