  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings and applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, communication, and talent management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
