الوصف

  • Achieves weekly/monthly targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitates background checking and pre-employment requirements stages.
  • Facilitates new hire processes, including email setup and RCBC/payroll account processing.
  • Facilitates the process for referral incentives, reimbursements, and payments.
  • Sources, shortlists, and conducts phone screenings for candidates across various open requisitions within the organization.
  • Manages recruitment marketing efforts through job postings and advertising on social media platforms.
  • Maintains and updates tracking systems and reports, e.g., Live Recruitment, Daily Productivity, and other relevant reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensures proper management and backup of recruitment files, both digital and physical.
  • Communicates new hire notifications to hiring managers promptly and timely.
  • Undertakes ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 

المتطلبات

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field,
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, and able to navigate various job scope areas comfortably.  
  • With a sense of urgency and the ability to meet the required turnaround time.
  • Willing to accept NCR minimum wage.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Preferably can start immediately
