Key Responsibilities:

• HR Recruitment Expertise: Utilize proven HR recruitment strategies to identify and evaluate top talent for household helper roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook groups, YouTube, TikTok) and online communities to actively source qualified candidates.
• Interview Management: Schedule, conduct, and document initial and follow-up interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Hiring Process Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, coordination of interviews, and negotiation of offers.
• Client Support: Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates on recruitment progress, candidate availability, and market trends.
• Database Management: Ensure the candidate and recruitment activity records are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, ideally with expertise in sourcing and recruiting for household helper roles.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
• Proficient in using social media and digital tools for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
