Store Operations:
Managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring proper stock management.
Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Implementing store policies and procedures.
Monitoring and analyzing store performance.
Sales and Financial Performance:
Achieving sales targets and goals.
Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Implementing marketing and promotional initiatives.
Managing budgets and expenses.

المتطلبات

1 year experience as "Team Leader" or any position in the F&B industry related to handling a team and doing multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication skills & a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & motivate team members.
Expertise in both FOG & BOH
