  • Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company branding and merchandising standards.
  • Train and support staff on merchandising best practices and techniques.

المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Retail Store Merchandiser
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Inventory Management, and Handling Transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, adaptable, and customer-focused.
