  • Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure a high level of cleanliness.
  • Report maintenance issues and items needing repair.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills; attention to detail; time management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and maintain guest rooms; report maintenance issues; provide exceptional service.
  • Working Conditions: Physically demanding role; may involve extended standing and lifting.
