We are seeking a Mid-Senior Ruby on Rails Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and the ability to contribute across the stack. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that support a rapidly growing user base. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to build features using cutting-edge tools including Hotwire, Tailwind, and Esbuild, and help us drive the future of AI-powered software in our space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Ruby on Rails applications
• Implement new features and optimize existing codebase using modern Rails architecture and tooling (Hotwire, Turbo, Tailwind, Esbuild)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver clean, user-centric UI/UX
• Integrate third-party APIs and work with large sets of real estate data
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security risks
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement processes
• Support the integration of AI features across the platform

• 4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, background jobs (e.g., Sidekiq), and common Rails patterns
• Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern tooling such as Hotwire, Tailwind, Turbo
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (Heroku, AWS, or similar)
• Ability to work independently in an async, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrating or building AI-powered features
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Previous experience in the real estate or property tech industry
• Comfortable working with remote, globally distributed teams
