  • Responsible for developing and managing client relationships.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, conduct market analysis, deliver presentations, and achieve sales targets.

المتطلبات

  • Required with vehicle and can drive
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Reports to Territory Sales Manager
  • Working location: Cebu and Davao
  • Salary: 20k to 25k with allowance and commission
  • Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (full-time and urgent)
  • Required with vehicle and existing clients
  • With existing projects, contact in Developers, Group of Architects, Engineers and Shops
  • Must complete requirements and can start in 1 week
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Competitor Analysis, Public Speaking, Customer Relationship Management, both B2B and B2C sales, CRM software, and MS Office. Driving skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with travel to client sites as necessary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, persuasive, results-driven, and adaptable.
