الوصف

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the OEM customer regarding order requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Receive and process customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, purchasing) to ensure alignment with delivery signals.
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations, monitor order status, and update customer on deliveries.
  • Create and update production plans based on customer forecasts.
  • Process billing, documentation, and support related operational transactions.
  • Provide ad hoc operations support as assigned.


المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
