We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and coordinating closely with our technical team to provide customized fabrication solutions.

• Identify and approach potential clients in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
• Promote metal fabrication services and provide detailed product/service information
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate deals
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet client specifications
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in metal fabrication/manufacturing is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read basic drawings or technical documents is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Goal-driven and capable of working independently
