Description

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within your assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Alibaba offerings to potential clients
  • Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the property management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Proficient in using sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and performance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
