Sales Achievement

· Ensure achievement of monthly/annual Sales targets.

· Provide excellent sales service through performing product demos, assessing customer needs, and providing assistance and information on product features.

· Informing customers of deals and promotions.

· Answer customer inquiries.

· Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

Process Sales Transactions thru POS

Customer Service

· Handles and resolves efficiently all Customer Complaints.

· Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design.

· Maintains updated Customer Database.

Ensure attainment of a 90% Customer Service Rating. 

Inventory Management

· Comply with inventory control procedures. Participate in inventory cycle count and reconciliation. 

· Ensure updated BIN CARD for all products received and sold.

· Accomplish Sales Orders for stock replenishment.

· Facilitate effectively all merchandise return and pull-outs.

Properly documenting any product movement or transfer.

Administrative Supervision

· Oversee the sales process to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with prescribed guidelines, procedures, and standards.

· Train and mentor Sales Associates in terms of Product knowledge and selling.

· Attend meetings, conferences, and other Company events.

· Store Management;

-Monitor process on product displays and properly store merchandise.

- Maintains the store clean and presentable.

- Report any damages to the store that need to be repaired.

-Provide assistance to HRAD in monitoring maintenance of equipment and assist in repair or maintenance activities.

Reports

· Submit daily and Monthly Sales Reports.

· Submit updated Customer Database.

Inventory Reports

المتطلبات

At least 3 years of work experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor, or similar role in the sports Industry.

· Selling and presentation skills

· Preferably with knowledge of Golf products.

· With Excellent Customer Service Skills.

· Proven experience in a supervisory role

· Strong decision-making capabilities

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Inventory Management
