• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Participate in trade shows or industry events when required

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• At least High School Graduate or College Level
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and target driven
