  • Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience, both in-store and online.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend clothing items that match their style and preferences.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care.
  • Participate in seasonal sales events, inventory counts, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet overall store sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

المتطلبات

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the clothing industry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
