Role: Inbound/ Outbound Sales Representative

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Pampanga/Cebu/Makati/Ortigas

Schedule: Night Shift

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads who apply online for loans via our website.

• Handle live SMS chats and phone calls using our CRM and call center software.

• Set store appointments by initiating warm three-way transfers to store agents and logging appointment details.

• Maintain detailed CRM records, noting customer loan requests, appointment times, and any special needs.

• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess information visually and audibly

• CRM experience

• Prior call center or customer service experience

• Bilingual (preferred)
