  • Responsible for selling products or services to customers through phone, email, and online channels.
  • Identify potential customers, build relationships, and close sales deals while working from within the office.
  • Focus on generating leads, understanding customer needs, and providing product information to achieve sales targets.

المتطلبات

  • At least 2 years of combined sales and contact center experience
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) interactions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
