  • Manage online sales through various platforms

  • Provide excellent customer service via email and chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly

  • Lead in processing orders and tracking shipments

  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements

المتطلبات

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field - even 2nd year or TESDA
  • Experience Level:
  • Less than 1 year of experience in online sales or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in online selling techniques, customer care, and organized record-keeping.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales logs.
  • Working Conditions:
  • office based in our home, Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday 10.30 -7pm
  • Qualities and Traits:
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
