The responsibilities of a secretary include routinary clerical and administrative functions such as preparing office correspondences, organizing paper and electronic files, monitoring schedules for government compliance and other legal requirements, and ensuring that meetings are effectively organized.

المتطلبات

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Above average communication skills in English (both written and oral)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with government compliance and procedures is a plus
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in this capacity
