- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House store operations.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
المتطلبات
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, inventory management, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, team player, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
