  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, and support recruitment initiatives.
  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent across various departments.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the candidate assessment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, candidate screening, and recruitment allocation; strong attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication; coaching abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
