الوصف

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports) in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Ensure adherence to Philippine tax laws (ITR) and timely filing of taxes.
Track project-related expenses, revenues, and profitability.
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and resolving issues.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting financial performance.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow and prepare necessary financial reports for management.
Oversees the proper filing and safekeeping of all the company’s documents and information, both digital and hard copies, which are relevant to accoun
Takes responsibility in taking care of equipment assigned to him/her and that within area of responsibility (e.g computer, printer)
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
