• Negotiate with Government Agencies to ensure the timely availability of permits of the company
• Coordinate with the operating units on the corporate and government requirement and monitor its compliance to standards set by the corporate and government agencies.
• Must be familiar with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS), Intellectual Property Office (IPO), National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), document applications and processing
• Willing to engage in field assignments due to errands related to applying, obtaining permits, titles, documents and other important business requirements
• Provide legal advice and services to all divisions of the Company.
• Assist in the monitoring of legal cases handled by the external legal counsel, etc.

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Legal Management or finance-related courses
• With at least two years of experience in compliance
• Knowledgeable with SEC, BIR and other government agencies' regulations
• Willing to do field works
• Computer literate
• Has good communication skills both in oral and written

Must be willing to be assigned at Edsa Munoz, Quezon City.
