  • Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages with precision and excellence at ORIGIN TEAHOUSE PTE LTD.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of tea varieties and brewing techniques in line with industry standards.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and uphold the company's reputation in the Food & Beverages sector.
  • Clean and maintain the tea bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and personalizing their tea experience.

  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to maintain consistency in beverage quality, effective communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Brew and serve tea beverages, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and handle cash and card transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced café environment; must be able to stand for extended periods and manage hot beverages safely.
