  • Achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Contact potential clients and arrange meetings to create rapport.
  • Communicate with customers, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical consultation to existing and potential customers and recommend appropriate service solutions to address their needs effectively.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Process sales orders and service quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services and analyze its impact to Controtek products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales/technical teams to understand customer requirements and participate in sales presentations and products demonstrations to convey the value of the company’s services.
  • Assist and collaborate with the service team to ensure client queries, appointments & deliveries are handled efficiently and on-time.
  • Employ excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service and customer relations.
  • Assist in handling client complaints and after sales concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Other related tasks assigned from time to time.

المتطلبات

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in sales and engineering is an advantage.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

- Good leadership and team working skills.

- Willingness to travel.
