الوصف

  • Supervise and review financial-related practices to ensure that transactions are valid, accurate, complete, compliant with accepted principles and existing laws
  • Ensure timely, accurate internal reporting by collaborating with Accounting, Finance, and Internal Control teams to meet deadlines and stakeholder needs.
  • Offer financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.
  • Manages financial audits of the Company and coordinates with internal and external auditors for the prompt resolution of audit issues 
  • Ensure that the Company complies with the filing and reportorial requirements of the BIR, Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant agencies 
  • End-to-end finance and treasury
  • Technical and Interpersonal Leadership

المتطلبات

  • College graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or equivalent
  • CPA is preferred. MBA qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years' managerial experience in a relevant capacity
  • Must have at least seven (7) years of work experience in accounting or finance, including expertise in process cost control, variance analysis, budget creation, and management reporting.
  • Strong Understanding and application of GAAP
  • Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, v-lookups, data manipulation)
  • Excellent command in English language, both written and verbal
  • Possess leadership skills, sound decision-making and highly meticulous
