Seeking an experienced Venture Capitalist to join FishDAO's investment team. The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and manage investments in blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 projects. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, building relationships with founders, and supporting portfolio companies in their growth journey

• 5+ years of venture capital or investment banking experience
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols
• Proven track record of successful investments
• Experience with DAO governance and tokenomics
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Network within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
