As a Stock Card Warehouseman at United Bearing Industrial Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations. This full-time position is based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately record the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all inventory items using the stock card system
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring an efficient and well-organised layout
• Collaborate with the logistics team to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Participate in the implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehousing or inventory management role
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory records
• Proficient in using inventory management software and stock card systems
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual handling tasks
