We are hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to join the finance leadership team of one of our established clients in San Juan, Metro Manila.

Core Competencies:

• ERP & Accounting System Management

• Management Reporting

• Accounting Process Improvement

• Tax and Regulatory Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records

• Manage ERP and accounting systems for efficient reporting and compliance

• Generate and analyze management reports for strategic use

• Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies

• Develop, implement, and refine accounting processes and internal controls

• Supervise and guide accounting staff toward high performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role

• Familiarity with ERP or cloud-based accounting software

• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Banking experience is not required but will be considered an advantage

Salary:

Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
