Description
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours and potential overtime during month-end close.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach.
