Description
- Supervise and lead the accounting team in day-to-day operations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Train and mentor accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- With 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting software (SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is a plus
