Description

  • Process and monitor over 400 billing accounts including telco, internet, utilities, and rental accounts.
  • Monitor due dates and ensure timely submission, approval, and payment of invoices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for invoice discrepancies, clarifications, and required documentation.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated billing database for all account categories.

Requirements

  • A college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or any equivalent field
  • Billing Processing Accuracy
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Basics
  • Data Management and Record Keeping
  • Software Proficiency
  • Attention to Detail
  • Willing to be part of an agency
