Description
Join us as an Amazon Product Operations Supervisor and work closely with our manager to drive US market trial orders. You’ll lead a small team (2-3 members) to generate product trials, gather feedback, and boost customer satisfaction on Amazon.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Amazon trial orders in the US market
- Build and manage a team to collect feedback and after-sales data
- Identify 300–350 potential US-based clients monthly
- Promote our products through social media and client outreach
Requirements
- Experience working with US clients or markets
- Team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Amazon products and US social media platforms
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
