Description

  • Preparing and processing sales documents such as price quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Entering and updating sales data in the company's administrative system or ERP.
  • Managing the filing and organization of sales transaction documents neatly.
  • Handling basic communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and shipping teams regarding the status of customer orders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Supporting other administrative activities as needed by the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school (preferably D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related fields).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative position, preferably in sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Communicative and possesses good teamwork skills.
