Description

Responsibilities of a Virtual Assistant:

  • Managing and inputting order data
  • Data and Document Management
  • Organizing, storing, and managing digital documents.
  • Accurately entering data and generating simple reports.
  • Social Media and Digital Support
  • Assisting with online research, account management, and activity monitoring.
  • Additional Tasks as Needed
  • Handling research tasks, data entry, invoice creation, and other operational tasks as directed by HR.

Requirements

Qualifications for Virtual Assistant:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to communicate professionally via Email, Chat, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.
  • Fluent in Indonesian
  • Administrative and Digital Skills
  • Able to type quickly and conduct online research.
  • Disciplined and Independent
  • Able to work without direct supervision.
  • Punctual, deadline-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
