Description

  • Managing client emails & work schedules.
  • Assisting with data entry & document management.
  • Conducting online research as needed.
  • Managing social media accounts (if required).
  • Preparing weekly work reports.
  • Communicating with clients in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably D3/S1.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) & Microsoft Office.
  • Possess a laptop/computer & stable internet connection.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience as an admin/VA is a plus.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
