Description
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes
- Perform field work and store visits to validate compliance with company policies
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collect invoices, receipts, and booklets from stores and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and submit Request for Payment (RFP) for employee or store incentives
- Cascade promotional campaigns and training materials to store teams
- Assist in investigating variances, losses, and policy violations
- Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Work closely with the Audit Supervisor or Manager on special audit assignments
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all audit activities
- Ensure timely submission of audit reports and documents
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and any other related fields.
