  • Manage appointment scheduling and customer/client inquiries
  • Process paperwork, invoices, and repair orders
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with inventory and purchasing management and order processing
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk duties

Requirements

  • Any undergraduate degree can apply
  • 6 months or more previous experience in administrative or automotive service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
