Description

  • As a Barista at Biggs Coffee Bar, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding guest service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each guest leaves with a smile and a perfect cup of coffee.
  • Coffee Preparation - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages according to Biggs Coffee Bar standards.
  • Product Knowledge - Stay informed about our menu offerings, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and food pairings to educate customers.

Requirements

  •  Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  •  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  •  Previous barista with guest service experience preferred.
